Workshop Overview
These workshops intend to educate our community members, young women and other aspirants, in computer and technology based skills that will aid them in their professional endeavors. This workshop focuses on the learning of modern computer as an electronic device having tremendous capability and capacity to store, retrieve and process data. The Workshop has been designed to encourage learners considering computer science as a career for the first time. It is a unique opportunity designed also for those who have had little or no previous exposure to computer science. The workshop focus is on participants learn that computer science is about much more than using and programming computers. Through lectures, labs and hands-on activities, the workshop explores the foundations and applications of computer science that have a profound effect on the world today.
This workshop will help participants gain both general and specific skills that can be used in general day to day life, professional work, emphasizing computer technology skills that are used in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields.

This workshop for Microsoft Word has been designed for computer users who are eager to learn Microsoft Word in simple steps.
This workshop for Microsoft Word will give you enough understanding on MS Word from where you can take yourself at higher level of expertise.

· create letters, memos and letterheads for personal and business purpose.
· design different documents such as reports, resumes, greetings or invitation cards etc.
· create business documents having various graphics including pictures, charts, and diagrams.
· store and reuse ready-made content and formatted elements such as cover pages and sidebars.
· create a range of correspondence from a simple office memo to legal copies and reference documents.
3. Computer workshop for Microsoft Power Point
Learn PowerPoint- a presentation software program that is part of the Microsoft Office package.
Learn the use of PPP as a graphical approach to presentations in the form of slide shows that accompany the oral delivery of the topic.
Learn the steps needed to generate a quick presentation in this PowerPoint workshop using the AutoContent Wizard.
Learn various areas of PowerPoint, Microsoft PowerPoint: Intermediate, how to add narration, timings and create a theme for a PowerPoint presentation.
